About Me
Deb founded and is the director of The Peer Learning Institute. She taught for the Executive Management Institute and the Small Business Development Center in the University of Wisconsin School of Business for 30 years. Deb believes that a manager’s job is to set employees up for success. Her primary goal is to provide managers with the essential tools to increase employee engagement, productivity, and retention. Deb designs her peer learning process to build practical and immediately applicable management and interpersonal communication skills. Her 35 years of management training and experience ensure that the program content is engaging, credible, and effective. Managers in her program gain competence, confidence, and results. Deb earned her master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was the InBusiness Magazine’s Featured Professional of the Week, August ’21.
