The Peer Learning Institute Program Model© uses a self-directed collaborative peer learning approach that enables managers to integrate new information with their prior knowledge and experience to create new understanding. Our structured learning design uses the context of the organization and the reality of its workplace as the basis for learning and sharing. This enables the managers to develop new “best practices” to address the specific challenges they face on the job.
